We went to the office, talked through and went through the process to forward mail to our new address. They never processed the mail forwarding and we have been missing mail for over a month. This is just one example. I lived in Troy years ago and they lost multiple packages and important mail that was shown in their post office, but never went out for delivery and claimed to be lost. They are terrible, do not ever use this post office, ever!
