- ASA. S.1 day ago5.0This Troy location restored my faith in the USPS. I normally brace myself upon interaction with USPS office workers (because other offices have such rude workers). At Troy, the angel working at the passport kiosk was helpful/accommodating and so friendly. She was patient and kind with people before me in line, too. The general postal line - same situation. The male worker was so helpful and kind. The lady getting help in front of me was so rude and weird and he was so professional with her. THIS IS THE POST OFFICE I WILL USE FROM NOW ON! You should, too.
- RGRomanian GodFeb 24, 20261.0Crazy how i was expecting a delivery from them that was less than a mile from that location and the tracking number was showing delivered i called them filed a complaint and the next day they called me and said it was an error and told me it will be delivered that day. Since it was impossible to reach them by phone i went there and apparently they had it and picked it up.
- AAanneFeb 17, 20261.0Since I called the Troy Post Office 4 times and they don't bother to answer the phone, I'm forced to leave a Google review. In the last 6 months, 3 times mail that was mailed from the American House outgoing mailbox in Troy on Grand Haven did not reach it's destination. The most recent was the mail was put in the out box on 2-2-26. When I mailed our loved one's mail from the out box there, I used a different return address. All three items affected credit rating due to not reaching the destination. I personally believe the person picking up the mail there threw those letters out, and should be fired.

The other guy working with her the one who I believe is from Indian descent was an absolute jerk. He kept making snarky comments about how I was holding up the line, even though it is his job to help me deliver a package if you ever come here, don’t give him the time of day go to someone like Chris who will help you do everything right the other guy seems like he hates his life and it really reflects. Every time I have come to this post office and have had him attending to me. He was absolutely in a terrible mood not everyone knows how to ship mail the way you do because not everyone is in this field however, I gave this place three stars because Chris was amazing and she really should get a pay raise or something or the other guy should get a demotion.
