- AEAmber EdwardsAug 27, 20231.0In this case I would definitely say the reviews are very accurate. I've had better experiences with smaller staffing agencies. You will never receive a returned call, I was also setup for an interview and everyone vanished. Leecia Barnes and Heather Randall have been by far the worst that I have seen at this location. Luckily, I had an outstanding PROFESSIONAL relationship with an Randstad and Aerotek recruiter. You are wasting your time reaching out to this company. They are not personable, professional, and have know follow-through. Best of luck!

They never return your phone calls, I have never experienced worse customer service at a Robert Half as I have here. After reading others reviews about them I can see that I’m not missing anything by not working with these people.

She never did, I followed up with a call to her and left a message. She never called me back....I thought they were in business to help people find employment in their field?

She is completely unprofessional, rude, and says things about a job that aren't factually true. She had me set up for an interview where I took time off of work, and called me 5 minutes before my interview to see if I could show up an hour later. She promised me a gas card for my time wasted, which was never sent. It was the worst experience I have ever had with an employment service. I wouldn't waste my time with this Robert Half office, maybe others are better, but not with KRISTINA CHAMI.
