- DHDena HalimDec 31, 20251.09:33am / Wednesday December 31st, whoever this big lady is working behind the counter needs to be trained on customer service, when someone walks in smiling & greets you, you don’t completely ignore them & just stare at them, didn’t say anything back at all, then stands directly behind me from the counter just starring. Weird

- DGDeniz GunelSep 18, 20201.0Had to use fedex next day delivery service last week to mail passport and other important documentation to a consulate in Chicago. They lost the package in their hub in Memphis ( apparently everything needs to fly to Memphis first. Extremely smart) Calling them everyday to locate with no luck. They don't care of course. No updates, no returning calls.. Day number 7. Considering passport processing times in the country and prepaid hotels and flight, huge loss for me. So lessons learned:; fedex should be your last option for shipping ( maybe they are good at other stuff like printing or faxing)
