- PSPraveen Sharma1 day ago1.0Horrible experience and no wonder why this store has so many negative reviews… it’s their store leadership.. my experience was completely ruined by their store manager and I believe her name is Vickie. She thinks she is doing favor of their customers by being present there at the store, somebody should tell her that she gets paid for her job.. anyway went to UPS and got the job done. Thank you UPS.

I just had a simple letter to send out with the labels printed and ready to go and she was real snippy getting it together. No excuse for this behavior in a field where you work with people.

Instead of focusing on good customer service, the employees and the manager constantly talk loud about their personal lives amongst each other. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I honestly do not care to hear about the fight they had with their husbands the night before while I am standing on line. This is the worst fed ex to go to in my opinion. Even though it’s right around the corner from my house, I honestly hate coming here!

A woman in an orange peach shirt yelled at me prior to entry at 6:50 pm stating that they closed at 7pm. Did not say have a great day or anything just yelled and shooed me as if I was late and I’m not a paying customer. I am appalled and will not be returning to this location. If she is a manager that explains why nothing has been done to resolve her behavior - if she is a general employee then this really needs to be resolved. Definitely reporting to corporate.
