No wonder why this store has many negative reviews, experienced myself how rude staff is. First of all, I just came here to fix the address thing on the shipping label because couldn’t do it online and called customer service and they couldn’t do it either but the lady Kristina was so rude and wasn’t even listening what I had to say and started saying we can’t do that rudely and then the manager Doug was just on her side and he didn’t help either and was the same way and kept telling me the same thing that call customer service which I told him multiple times that customer service asked me to go the store and that’s why I was there. So rude to customers, can’t believe FedEx lets that happen.

Horrific customer service. Walked out without my package as my receipt of it was held hostage by the female at the counter. Will never use this location again and likely not FedEx. Fortunately the have a competitor (UPS) that does not treat its customers like garbage.

Bad and unhelping manager. She was rude and behaved as if she was doing me a favor by shipping.

The lady with the last name Walker, needs to be fired. She doesn’t realize that soon enough her job will be replaced by computers and ai.
I go in store to send out a package, but before I can send it I need to create and print a return label to put inside. I tell her that. Her instant response is “do you have a fedex account?” I say no, she responds with “you have to make an account and then create the label online”.
How am I supposed to respond that…
So I go back to my car, spend 30 minutes creating the account and figuring out how to do HER job.
I go back inside once completed and ask her to print the label for me, which to be fair she did, only it took 10 minutes. Then she scans the label! I already told her it was a return label why the heck did she scan it?!
I explain that’s the return label, again. She finally folds it and puts it in the envelope. She scans the correct label hands me the receipt and I leave the store.
I get home and have an email for the return label saying “unable to deliver”. Im hoping that doesn’t actually cause issues when the person has to use the return label.
So much unnecessary stress, and I’m someone who can actually figure this stuff out. Imagine if it were an elderly or non techy person.
It took everything in me to stay courteous with that lady. If you don’t want to work then do us all a favor and quit.
