- CWCarrie WaltersMar 29, 20261.0Multiple times I have applied to have my mail held. Apparently they can’t figure out how to do this since it gets delivered anyways. Doesn’t seem like it’s that hard to figure out.

- EMEvan MarlowMar 20, 20261.0If I could rate negative stars, I would. Poor customer service, delayed package, lost in transit in TC for 13 hours between the Garfield hub and S Union St office. Finally arrived ant post office and was delayed until the weekend. I took a second trip to pick it up at the office instead of waiting to have it potentially delivered or most likely delayed until the next week and was told that I cannot be helped.

Today tried to mail something during my luch like most people do and there was nine people in line with one person helping. there are four terminals and four computers. I am posting this because its not a one time occurrence,its pretty much the norm
- BGBrandy GordonMar 6, 20261.0The lady that works the counter is very rude I've been having to go into the post office as my mailbox had been taken out by a snowplow. I was told the first time by a different nice lady that I could have a slip filled out for my mail to be held for 30 days which I did. She was nice enough to let me know I could even do one more and have some extra time. When I got in today however a different rude lady said that it had to be fixed oe else they will send my mail back to the sender no exceptions..... very conflicting information and when I asked about the extension slip she just got mad and said you cant do those anymore you half to get it fixed. Needless to say dont go here I was trying to be really nice and calm as I work here in town as a customer service rep but I wont be coming back here.
