- JHJesse HermanMar 15, 20262.0I am visiting for work in Traverse City and I needed to ship something out. The hotel told me there was a UPS store right down the road on Garfield. I visited this location and the store was closed today. I understand the weather is not favorable and my mistake in not calling, but there were several customers waiting to get in as well. They said that they were going to try the other UPS store. I googled that store called it and they said yes we’re open. I was able to ship out to my office this time sensitive stuff that I needed to get out. I’m sure it’s a nice store and maybe employees could make in. As a customer it would’ve appreciate a closed either on your website and or a sign on the door stating you were closed. Your website said open till 3pm.

Understand staffing is an issue in many places, but don’t be open if there’s a problem. Disappointed!! Many people left when I was waiting at this location on Garfield.
