  I came in this evening to bring a Amazon return in. The nice guy at the counter was the only one really working. There were 2 employees that weren't busy in the print room, and I even saw a manger walk by and just leave this poor guy to do all the returns. That doesn't seem like good teamwork if you ask me. 3 people not doing much and one guy slammed. I wasn't impressed at all really. I left and will try to return again. Staples sure has went downhill.

  DO NOT ORDER BUSINESS CARDS!!!??? Today I ordered business cards. The site said they would be available in 24 hours. Then AFTER THEY CHARGED AND TOOK MY MONEY The office called me and left a message saying they couldn't fill the order. I had to call back twice (first no answer) then was put in hold for 10 minutes only to be told the person I was needing to talk to is unavailable. I called back and again was put on hold only to have some guy was super rude telling me he'd just reject the order and my money could take up to 30 days to get it. What an absolute scam and lie promising 24 hours on cards they said they couldn't make. Took my money. Lied. Absolute grimy way to make money. Oh and I was hung up on after wanting answers and now they won't answer. Absolutely horrible business practices they lie and get your money then you don't get anything!

  Had an incredibly positive experience yesterday with the print department at Staples (2/2/2026). The clerk who helped me with my print order was so helpful. I had ordered a 15 page print order, and realized when I picked it up that I hadn't selected the right quantity when I printed it. The clerk immediately offered to print the additional set, and didn't even charge me for it. One of the best and most memorable customer service experiences I've had! I have lived here for 8 years and have always gone to small, independently owned print shops because I didn't think the big box corporate experience would be all that great, but she did an excellent job representing the Staples brand and making my day a little easier. Thank you!
