- DNDiana NovakDec 29, 20251.0Lazy carriers. Leave slips in your mailbox claiming they “attempted delivery” of a certified letter and never even bother to come to the door - never get out of their truck. Then the only option is to drive into the post office, wait in line and pick the item up.

Why can they not simply put the person's name on the label, like UPS & Fed Ex do? Why is it such a big deal to enter a LITTLE bit of information via a keyboard? Computers have been around longer than most USPS workers. Makes zero sense that they're THIS inflexible and disinterested in providing SERVICE to the public.

I don’t remember her name but she is in her 40s or 50s and has either blonde or silver chin length hair and glasses and she was there on a Tuesday at noon. She even said that packages no longer need to have any unused barcodes covered up! The other people on the staff seemed friendly too.

Wednesday morning, James called me from the Barlow office and assured me that they were sending someone to locate it. By the time I checked this afternoon, the package was in my mailbox. Thank you for the quick service and locating my item I was waiting for!
