- MMMary Moore5 days ago5.0They are so nice here! The lady who helped me was very friendly. I don’t remember her name but she is in her 40s or 50s and has either blonde or silver chin length hair and glasses and she was there on a Tuesday at noon. She even said that packages no longer need to have any unused barcodes covered up! The other people on the staff seemed friendly too.

Wednesday morning, James called me from the Barlow office and assured me that they were sending someone to locate it. By the time I checked this afternoon, the package was in my mailbox.
