- CHCasey HockmanNov 13, 20255.0Came to return a package tonight after work and was treated to someone in line in front of me hassling the poor guys working the counter. She either misread her Amazon return instructions (my guess) or they were entirely wrong but she was upset a box wasn't free as part of her return and began escalating to insults and raising her voice pretty quickly when they tried to explain that to her. Both employees (I didn't get their names but one younger guy in a blue polo and a slightly older gentleman with a mustache) remained very professional and calm. The younger guy explained he was just giving her information but she insisted he was being rude and the guy handling her package tried to help find her a cheaper mailing solution and she just gave him even more attitude. Eventually she paid with a ripped $5 and stormed out, still insulting them. My transaction was handled in maybe 30 seconds and I was given a receipt and sent on my way with a smile. Whoever is working tonight handled themselves very well and I hope that other customer takes a deep breath and sorts out her attitude! Thanks guys!

This is the exact opposite of the UPS store on Garfield, where the manager berates the customers and is always rude for no reason. I will always drive to the UPS store on 14th!
