Rob coordinated the delivery and handled the insurance claim with the freight company, really going above and beyond to make sure things worked out well in the end. Excellent communication and customer service. I highly recommend Handle With Care.

I’m moving (which is so stressful!) and they’ve given me great tips/hacks for packing and loading (like telescoping the boxes to accommodate objects with weird shapes!! GAME-CHANGER!). The staff is so nice, informed, and accommodating. I can tell they’re committed to customer service, and making sure I get the best bang for my buck. When I asked them about packing some heavy sheet glass, they built me custom boxes because it was the best solution—and I never felt like I was being “upsold” something (which always leaves a bad taste in my mouth). They even suggested I leave my heavy cargo at the store for a few days till the moving truck could collect it so I wouldn’t be struggling with it by myself. These folks are fantastic! Moving is the worst, and I don’t wanna move again, but when I do, I won’t hesitate to come here for supplies and assistance. Thanks, Jesse & Rob!

However, their employee recommended Handle with Care Packaging, which was just down the road. We called ahead to make sure they could help, and were given an estimate of how long it would take for them to package everything for us (we had a flight to catch this same afternoon). This estimation proved to be quite accurate! Rob, I believe, was the one who helped us. He took a look at the pieces and discussed their construction with us then built custom boxes to ship them in. He packaged them expertly, with great care, and with good speed. And it was all for a reasonable price! Highly recommend this business for all your packing needs! Excellent service!
