And marked the box Final Notice, even though they never gave me a First Attempt Notice...today is 12-11, and she wrote Returned 12-21. What?....then I went online to have it redelivered, and the article number on the Notice she left me "doesn't exist." Very odd. Then I tried to call and no one answered the phone, and I tried multiple times before it was closed.
