That is your job. It does not help that the staff look trashy as hell. If I went to my job looking like that I would be written up. Will never return to this location again. People need to learn to talk without throwing their hands everywhere.

Tony was incredibly unhelpful and extremely rude, all because I had a prepaid label on a flat rate box. He wanted to cop an attitude, not offer any other shipping advice, and the only non flat rate box available in the office was no where near large enough to accommodate my package. I’ll never utilize this location again and I’ll be filing a complaint with USPS directly. Maybe it’s time to retire if you can’t be bothered to help people without being grouchy!
