- BSBrittnee SowleMar 27, 20261.0If I could give less I would. The 'postman' that delivers for Romulus around Inkster Rd and King RD is lazy and incompetent. I had two packages said to be delivered the same day, today, and one needed a signature. He dumped the one package that didn't need a signature on my porch but never knocked or rang my Ring doorbell. I received an email saying that, 'they'd attempted to deliver but left a notice for redelivery.' No notice left, I had to follow a link through the email i received but the soonest they can redeliver is next day. Tried to call the post office hoping to catch him fast enough to try again today since someone had been at the delivery address the whole time. However the lady I spoke with from the Romulus office says that they don't have carriers so I'm given the number to Taylor. Tried the number four times and no one ever answered.

- AHAngel HolbrookMar 20, 20261.0Terrible communication and rude, one window representative kept interrupting while having a conversation not only rude to her co worker whom I was trying to speak to and was speaking but to myself as well TAYLOR DO BETTER and when asked questions engage and listen ……. listen provide the consumer accurate information the first time and answers when asked questions to avoid confusion and multiple unnecessary trips to the post office… if you need post office Riverview is phenomenal and so is Southgate ! Taylor looks to just be existing……
