I reported to the Taylor post office on 1-9-26 that the mail shute was clogged , it's 1-12-26 and not a thing done. Mail shute is still clogged. A person put something in the shute that was too big for it 🙄🤷 could t even think why that would even be considered. I called the main 800 number on 1-12-26 let's seen what happens now.

Very poor service. Our mail person/ people," cause can't ever keep a constant one", doesn't like to take things out of our mailbox. Literally have to chase them down. Sporadically get our mail and sent xmas cards out about a week ago and they haven't arrived to destinations. Lucky that a 1 star is as low as they can get. Very disappointed

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with a USPS employee named Tracy, and I feel it’s important to share how poorly I was treated. When I arrived, I had a package in my hand and simply set it on the table while waiting for my turn. Apparently, I was standing “too close” to the customer she was currently helping — though there were at least four feet of space between us.
Instead of politely asking me to step back, Tracy abruptly stopped assisting the other customer, turned to me, and in an extremely rude and condescending tone asked if there was something she could help me with. I calmly explained that I was just waiting. She then asked if I was “with” the other customer, and I said no. Despite that, she immediately repeated her question — again, with a nasty attitude — as if I hadn’t already answered.
At that point, I clarified that I was simply using the table to set down my package while waiting for my turn and asked if there was a problem. She responded rudely that she just “wanted to know why” I was standing there. The entire exchange was unnecessary, uncomfortable, and unprofessional.
Tracy’s tone, attitude, and approach created a completely avoidable scene in front of other customers. A simple, polite request for more space would have been enough, but instead she chose to handle the situation with hostility and disrespect.
I’m honestly shocked that USPS allows someone with such a poor attitude toward customers to represent them. Interactions like this leave a terrible impression on your organization. Tracy needs to be retrained in basic customer service — or removed from a position that involves dealing with the public.
