    They deliverd an important Christmas present for my son, which was a hot item, right to Taylor, Michigan and my address is Carleton, Michigan. UPS didnt make it right! Amazon did!! Amazon needs to stop using UPS!!!!!!!

    Probably the worst ups store to exist they steal packages literally I didn’t think this could happen but they are telling me my order has already been picked up but the sender has talked to management multiple times confirming it being available for pickup despite this all they tell me is I need to file a lost package claim i would avoid Dennis this kid is absurdly rude pretty sure he might have something to do with my package

    I was in the store maybe for 2 mins. The process was fast. My question was answered and my mail was taken to be shipped. Dennis made my experience incredible. While he provided top notch customer service/care he was also being scorn by an aggressive older woman. She seemed to be angry for not having help with a box that she didn’t ask for help with. Her words did not match at all the exceptional service provided by Dennis. Additionally the female working with Denis was also very polite and helpful. I’m in awe that this angry lady had told Dennis she’s going for his job. Truthfully, Dennis made me want to always use this UPS location because of how fast and great of an experience he gave.
