    I was in the store maybe for 2 mins. The process was fast. My question was answered and my mail was taken to be shipped. Dennis made my experience incredible. While he provided top notch customer service/care he was also being scorn by an aggressive older woman. She seemed to be angry for not having help with a box that she didn’t ask for help with. Her words did not match at all the exceptional service provided by Dennis. Additionally the female working with Denis was also very polite and helpful. I’m in awe that this angry lady had told Dennis she’s going for his job. Truthfully, Dennis made me want to always use this UPS location because of how fast and great of an experience he gave.

    I went to the Taylor, MI UPS store on Telegraph on 11/4/25. I had 6 containers full of items that needed to be packaged and shipped. Jaelynn was the only one there at the time and she was very cordial. She did not give me the impression that what I needed packaged and shipped was at an inconvenient time for her. During the packaging, there were several people that came in throughout the time that I was there. Jaelynn was very professional in mult-tasking and she did her job with a smile. She did a huge job for me and I appreciated her time and help.

    This location is great! Mohammed did an excellent job helping me with printing, and I'm very impressed with the service. Will definitely be coming here again.

    Not only are they close to home but super efficient, friendly and fast. I've been twice now and they moved quickly and accurately. very happy because the Wyandotte one was just ..oof.
