I didn’t know that I had to make an account online so I drove 25 mins just for her to tell me I have to make an account online which is my fault because I should’ve checked first. When I asked for her help to make an account I turned my phone towards her and she interrupts and say I’m a germaphobe so I don’t really like people coming close to me and in my space. She is very unprofessional, I will not be making an account nor coming back. NEVER AGAIN 😡😡. Because honestly what’s the point of you being a representative that works in the front with MILLIONS OF PEOPLE if your a “germaphobe”.
