McPhersonJun 19, 20241.0Thank God I couldn’t reach them by phone and thank God they weren’t open when they should have been open because according to the reviews, I would’ve been very sorry that my eBay packages did not show up at all or not on time. I have a good rating so here I am in Pleasant Lake where they’re always pleasant lol. I will never visit this post office according to the reviews and my brief attempt to patronize them. With such abysmal reviews, I don’t understand why the postmaster general does not take action against this particular office?
- JJJwillJan 6, 20215.0Had to change my review, I rote the wrong address on a envelope today and I gave it to the gentleman behind the counter and went to pick my daughter up from school. I had sent my mom a pic of the envelope and she reply’s back I was mailing it to myself and right away I knew I messed up! I went back up there expecting them to tell me it would come in the mail and I even told him if there was no way to find it I’d just wait. He got the box and dug through it for a good 5 minutes going through many envelopes and sure enough he found it. Thank you so much! Saved me a lot of time and frustration. 👍👍
- JHJ HawkinsDec 23, 20203.0Unreal!! All First class packages received within 2-3 days. Priority, which has gone up in rates now takes anywhere from 1- 3 weeks. Just forget Tracking!! That is the biggest joke, packages sit for over a week in the same status; “Accepted at Stockbrdge.” When it does move the Priority goes back and forth between Allen Park, Detroit and Stockbrdge. You must do better in 2021!!
