A black woman was very rude.I think her name was pam.She asked me, what am I doing here while I lay my package on a scale in front of her, I said, well, i'm at the post office, I have a package here so I would like to mail it. So much attitude. So sad to see such a miserable person not doing her job and rude to the public.

I came in today to handle some difficult family paperwork and was bracing for a stressful experience. Instead, I met Tony, who was absolutely incredible. He was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful while I navigated the forms. We ended up chatting about music and laughing, which turned a tough task into a highlight of my day. It’s rare to find such genuine human connection at a service counter. Thanks, Tony!

This station is always losing my mail and packages. When I do get my mail after waiting weeks for something that says it will be in that day it reeks of cigarettes. One of their drivers even ran into my mailbox one day. And then said sorry and drove off. I couldn’t hate a station more than this one. Trash, trash trash. They’re all trash.

Doesn't answer their phones at all so if you want to speak to anyone you won't be able to and if you're disabled like how me and can't go up to speak someone you're just screwed.
