i was completely disrespected by the foreign lady up front. i have never, EVER had a single problem from any postal service station in the last 5 years until today. she told me to go somewhere else because my package was “too small” and i was very kind with her. while the supervisor was nice, the older foreign lady up front should never work in a customer service position.

I would not recommend this post office. Worse customer service. Pam was rude, unprofessional and had an attitude when I was trying to find out why suddenly I stopped receiving mail.

Whoever Tara is needs to work on her people skills. She was okay yesterday when I spoke to her and seemed to be willing to help with my problem. Today she called with a follow up and seemed ot have an attitude because I didn’t answer her original phone call. Mind you I was working and can’t stop to take calls whenever I like: I explain this to her and she accuses me of having attitude when I’m trying confirm the information in the email and the voicemail because the instructions were unclear in both. She continued to interrupt me while I tried to explain and she started at the beginning over and over like I’m a child. When I’m asking questions she pauses so long I thought she hung up on me. Finally when the instructions are as clear as they are going to get, and I ask if I am going to have to pay because I already paid once and shouldn’t have to again. She accused me of threatening her to which the conversation wasn’t even about my missing mail or package. This is the worst case of customer service from USPS that I’ve ever experienced and people like her should not be handling important documents like peoples mail with an attitude like that.
