My 3rd was box no label, she scanned it and said "what is this" i said an amazon return (I didn't have it taped) She was super rude and told me I had to pay one dollar for tape. She was not a nice about it. She didn't show me a sign where it said that, I had no idea, she could've gave me a warning and taped the box. Anyway I went straight to 15 and schonherr use, was greeted with a hello, My lable was scanned and my box was taken WITHOUT it being taped. Do better lady, hope you have happy holidays. She'll know who she was.
