    This place is horrible. If you don't like your job quit. No smiles nothing, I went there with 3 items, 2 items were no box no label BUT they both were in packaging. My 3rd was box no label, she scanned it and said "what is this" i said an amazon return (I didn't have it taped) She was super rude and told me I had to pay one dollar for tape. She was not a nice about it. She didn't show me a sign where it said that, I had no idea, she could've gave me a warning and taped the box. Anyway I went straight to 15 and schonherr use, was greeted with a hello, My lable was scanned and my box was taken WITHOUT it being taped. Do better lady, hope you have happy holidays. She'll know who she was.

    I was told I could not ship a package using a UPS account #. I have done this at this store many times. Once I said that, they gave it a try. The manager knew how to do it. She didn't step in until asked. She was very unpleasant.

    Horrible staff. They are very rude. They will argue with you about a piece of tape. Billion dollar company that can't spare a single piece of tape. And to the employee that wanted to argue with me, get a life and maybe a real job.

    visited the UPS Store today, Tuesday, October 14, around 4:00 p.m. There were two ladies working — the younger one was very nice, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, the older lady was extremely rude. She didn’t greet me, smile, or make any eye contact, and she seemed annoyed the entire time. Every time I asked a question, she just mentioned another charge — $1 for this, $3 for that — without offering any explanation. I’ve never had such a disappointing experience at a UPS Store before. Really poor customer service.
