- KSKenya StuartNov 25, 20251.0If I could give a zero I would . I walk up the UPS store on 15 mile at 5:45pm and all the employees sat inside and watch me struggle to get open the door. When I realized the door was locked ; they started laughing… and their Shock , I took my phone out and took a picture of them seating there. Then I took a pictures of the store hour sign . After struggling back to my car with my 6 bags … I look up and see them tampering with the front door in attempts to now cover their tracks . So then wipe out my phone to record them … Again SHOCKED! I yelled from my car and let them know I got them on video … and I making a google review and calling corporate. Horrible… just Horrible experience!!!

The management and whole staff need way better customer service skills, the store smells bad every time I walk in and they don’t even say hi or smile. All other UPS I like to go to in my area EXCEPT this one. I hope someone read this from corporate and take it into consideration because this situation is been like this for years with no improvement at all unfortunately.
