- CJC J2 days ago1.0Some of the younger employees don’t greet, show appreciation or anything. The last time that I went there was to return items to Amazon. The young man saw that my hands were full, yet he stood there with an impatient look on his face as I struggled to get the packages together on the counter. Because I live so close and always patronized this location, I kept giving chances. The only person who is customer friendly is the nice woman, who I think is an owner of this location. Anyway, I patronize the locations at Mound/15 and Garfield/Moravian now. Sad because this location is less than mile from my home.

When I realized the door was locked ; they started laughing… and their Shock , I took my phone out and took a picture of them seating there. Then I took a pictures of the store hour sign . After struggling back to my car with my 6 bags … I look up and see them tampering with the front door in attempts to now cover their tracks . So then wipe out my phone to record them … Again SHOCKED! I yelled from my car and let them know I got them on video … and I making a google review and calling corporate. Horrible… just Horrible experience!!!
