He saw that the punch hole device was not working properly and was punching two holes instead of 3 and he just stood there looking at me while I was struggling with the device. And then he just turned around and walked away. He also talks with a very unfriendly attitude on top of everything. Last time when I came in I was helped my this very nice older lady who was very professional and nice. The service that I got today was the opposite of what I got last time.

Today I went to pick up invites for an another online order and the older woman working at the front desk was extremely rude when she couldn’t find my order. She told me I had the wrong name listed for pickup when in fact both my name AND an alternate pick up person were both listed on the label. And to top it off I asked if they sell stamps and she responds while walking away from me “no this isn’t a post office”.

Read many reviews and all matched my experience obviously the management does not choose to fix this one main employee that I'm sure it is since after many months shes still employed. People. Just dont come there anymore. No customer service here.
