They said they could have it there by the following Monday which was not going to work or I wouldn't have paid extra for overnight delivery. I had to go back and get the envelope from them (which they initially tried to refuse) and drive it 3 hours myself. They refused to process a refund and told me to contact UPS corporate because they're just a franchise store. They offered zero support through this process and I had to find the number and go through hours on the phone to get a refund for a service they never performed. Pure incompetence and horrible customer service.

I give two stars because the counter people are nice and I know it's not their fault. It is 100 percent the fault of the greedy franchisee who found a way to collect a few dollars at a price point that is just enough to not be worth going home to reprint it yourself. Do better UPS store franchisee! What is the cost of printing one sheet of paper on your laser printer with a toner cartridge of thousands of pages and paper that costs less than a half cent per sheet? 1 cent total? 2 tops? Congratulations on your 1,000% profit margin.
