- NQNancy QuinnJan 28, 20205.0I grew up on the east side of "The Mitten", lived in Kalamazoo for 10 years, 23 years in Tennessee, and I have never had anybody answer a phone call on the 1st ring until I moved back to W Michigan. The Spring Lake office is amazing! They're kind, professional, efficient and they answer phone calls! I'm living on the other side of the state right now and I just called locally and was unable to get through, so I called Spring Lake and got the information that I needed in less than 2 minutes! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Oh, I can!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Kudos
- KGkim geldermanSep 1, 20181.0Well, another package wasn't delivered to the correct address, mine. This INCOMPETENCE has been a problem for decades! When sorting mail for delivery they have literacy issues. Apparently, they cannot differentiate between an E or a W for the same street number but not the same direction. They've lost so many packages over the years & still are. I'm so tired of trying to get them to take responsibility & find my packages & deliver to me. I've had to phone companies I purchased items from & they send replacements which is great but they're not to blame. If customers could choose their method of delivery I would NEVER CHOOSE USPS!
