I was very surprised, and very pleased, to receive an envelope at our new address from the Southgate Post Office containing 3 Christmas cards that were sent to our old Michigan address. Included was a hand-written note asking us to inform the senders of the new address (which we had already done, but will do again). This was above and beyond customer service as far as I'm concerned. The PO was under no obligation to forward the cards as the time had expired. Thank you to the kind employee who took the time to do this, and write a note to us during the busiest season of the year!
