Went to drop off four packages at this location. I set my packages on the counter and waited to be assisted. A worker yelled out from in the back room, “do your packages have labels”? I replied, yes. He yelled out “you’re all set”. I said well I would like to get a receipt and he replied rudely “who needs a receipt nowadays anyway”. I said I do and he said “well just use the machine out there in the lobby”. I then started to try to scan my packages on this machine in the lobby, and it said scan a valid barcode. I then asked for help. The employee then said, “just scan a barcode on the bottom”. I informed him that it still was not working and he refused to assist in anyway leaving the back room. I said I would be leaving a negative review online based on the treatment and lack of service I received at this location. This is unacceptable behavior from any employee they need to be retained and taught how to treat customers with respect and provide proper service or find a job elsewhere. Needless to say I did not leave my packages at this location since I got no help and no service. I plan on not shipping with FedEx going forward in the future. Additionally, I’m not just going walk into a store and leave over $1000 worth of products that I was shipping sitting on the counter when an employee is in the back room nowhere near where my items as they need to be put in a secure location as they are high value items. I would give zero stars if I could.

Brought in a weird sized item to ship and the store manager hand cut a box to the size of my package. I was in there for only a short amount of time. The team was very helpful to someone like myself who does not ship items often. Thank you FedEx.

Very poor customer service. I walked into the store and the employee stayed in the back while I asked a question, speaking from a distance instead of coming to the front to assist. Miserable old man
