I made it to the place right before they were going to close at 4:57pm on a Saturday expecting to still get premium assistance with my package. After being told “you know we’re closed right” I was directed to self service. Things were not going as smoothly as planned and I became frustrated and overwhelmed because I needed additional help but it was entitled of me to expect to receive it after 5:00pm regardless of the time I made it in. I know how I wish my employees would treat a customer but it’s not required of everyone and we all could be tired and having one of those days. I was also preparing to move out of state and my last chance to get something mailed out so the situation was made bigger in my mind. Regardless I hope you all have an amazing day. I went there before and was treated great by a gentleman and other employees so it just might have been a bad day overall especially on my end.
