Everyone in this building needs to be fired and they need to start over with an entirely new staff from the bottom up through management. The people that work (and I use the phrase work very lightly) in this building are the most insufferable miserable useless set of employees I have seen anywhere. They thrive off being rude to customers they wouldn't know customer service if it smacked them in the face - which I'm sure many a customer wants to do. Fire every single one of them.

I ordered a package earlier this month and it was "supposed " to be delivered to my house. The message said it was delivered but it wasn't. It was only a few minutes from me checking my phone for delivery and going downstairs opening the door and it wasn't there. I looked around at the neighbors porches, no package. I called Southfield customer service. No help! The next day I saw the mail lady and asked was this her regular route she said yes. I told her what happened I was expecting my package it said delivered but it wasn't she said she would check with supervisor and get back with me. I screenshot shot the message of delivery and sent to her. I texted that Monday she said she would again talk to the supervisor and get back with me. It never happened. Either the mail carrier took my package or delivered it to the wrong house and no one is smart enough to bring to the right address. Southfield post office sucks with investigations. Why do I have to jump through hoops and they are the ones who Either stole or delivered to the wrong address. I want my package!!! Mail carriers are always on the phone delivering mail not paying attention to what they are doing. I am disappointed in the Southfield post office and supervisors. No follow up. No one cares about the customer. Did the carrier know what was in my package and that's why she took it? I want answers!!! When it comes to package deliveries, the carriers should take pictures to prove they delivered it just like Amazon. Now I'm scared to order online and get delivered for the fact someone might take it. So I'm for the carries taking pictures to prove they delivered the package.

Dont use the self service drop off. I dropped off my package at 11:20 am this morning and it still hasn't been scanned in despite it showing pickup times at 11:30 am, 1pm and 2:30pm

One of the worst experiences coming to this post office. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They don't care about their jobs or actually helping you. I had a package incorrectly delivered. I was told to come pick up the package. They were unable to find the package and told me there was nothing they could do to help me. They left a slip in my mail telling me to pick up the package, then treated me as if I did something wrong. Cannot emphasize enough how rude the staff at this location are.
