    Val ,(clerk 04) was so pleasant , I felt like we were friends the way she had interacted with me , it made my day , I was a little upset that morning prior to going to the post office and her interaction was very calming.

    I went to this post office yesterday (12-08-2025) at 9:20am. The post office opened at 9:00am. There were 3 people in line & 1 person waiting on customers. While waiting, I heard 3 announcements over an intercom system calling for certain employees to report to an assigned room. Found out later there was a staff meeting going on. In the meantime, I counted 10 customers in line behind me. The one employee seemed to be doing the best she could servicing us, however I fail to understand why I waited in line 30 mins just twenty minutes after the P.O opened. I was there to get stamps. Why were they having a staff meeting instead of having more than 1 person working to assist customers? This is the holiday season & it’s shameful to make people wait in line as long as I had to wait. Southfield P.O, please do better to service your customers

    Lulu was so sweet and accommodating. Right when I walked in she greeted me and explained to me the easiest way to ship out my items. Usually when I go to any USPS it’s not a great experience but she definitely gained a new customer. Thanks Lulu ☺️
