I called the main number and spoke to someone who told me that my package would be at this location that night. I went over around 7 PM just as the package got there. The lady behind the counter was super friendly, too! 😊

Package was held against my request and said I had to wait for 3- attempts. After 3- attempts we then tries to pickup on 2- separate occasions and confirmed sending my employee to get a took for a company project. My employee got there the first time and they had system issues. Then the 2nd time was a few days later and declined to provide that package after they agreed to the release with photo ID and the door tag. Representative had no name tag and fought to provide her identification name or number. ( claims her name is evette ). We still don't have our 500$ tool and project missed deadline.

I PUT THE SIGN RIGHT UNDER WHERE THEY LEAVE ALL THEIR STUPID FAKE LITTLE TAGS SAYING OOPS WE MISSED YOU WHEN THEY NEVER RING IN THE FIRST PLACE. IM GONNA PURPOSELY CUT OFF EVERY FED EX DRIVER I SEE ON THE ROAD. FEDEX DRIVERS DESERVE THE WORST IN LIFE TO MATCH THEIR WORK ETHIC.
