- DDDee DeeAug 22, 20182.0Have so many issues with this post office. The delivery people refuse to drive on the road & continue to drive the shoulder causing major ruts. More often then not, I receive my water bill, that I am positive it was mailed. Found it in the driveway once. Didn't get my car statement one month. 3 weeks after it was due, received the statement with a yellow tag, saying it was undeliverable. Really? Took it to the PO. She couldn't explain it, so I ask for a supervisor to call me. NEVER heard from anyone. Then last Thursday, I dropped off a box of flyers(521)all with first class postage & sorted. They were ALL going to South Rockwood. Were not delivered until Monday, stuck inside the sale circulars. Unacceptable!!!
