- CMchristopher mundyFeb 2, 20261.0I finally got around to putting up a review I do a lot of business with USPS I own a business that sends a lot of stuff through here and I have had a few envelopes come up missing though it was just a misplaced package until about 3 months ago I had a package that was being tracked due to its value I personally handed it to the employees at the post office a day later I see it was never scanned so I went to the post office to figure it out they looked right at me and said we scanned that and everything leaves this location at night so I ended up putting in a dispute to have the post office to look for it so now about 3 months later they still can't find it it was also insured but yet guess what it wasn't scanned so obviously I get denied on my insurance claim so yes the package was stolen from this post office I know who did it and hopefully it gets better since he no longer works there and just maybe I'll get my money back one day but till then this is one of the worst experiences I have had at a post office in my life

All of the mail carriers take that extra mile to go above and beyond to make sure everyone in South Lyon gets their mail and packages delivered to them in a timely manner.
