  Rip offs. Had a single page with a small color logo printed $3. Will stay away from this place.

  Make sure you get a receipt when you drop off pre-labeled packages, never was scanned in and lost. They just tell you that you never dropped it off or question if you were at the right location lol. Even if you know exactly when you dropped it off, they won’t check the cameras and say the people have worked there for a long time, so there is no point. What does that have anything to do with it? I have never had an issue with FedEx and USPS pickup and no receipt is ever given. Been doing this for many years and UPS has been the only issue, between this, beating up the packages, completely ripping apart packages and adding dimensions up to 3 inches in each direction above reality to get the price higher once in transit. Of course UPS never honors its ‘insurance’ either. They’ll always have an excuse and close the claim. Do yourself a favor and use a legitimate company elsewhere. Hate to say it, even USPS is worth the wait over UPS.

  Abby is by far one of the rudest employees I have come in contact with in ages. When I asked why I was being asked to pay for a free return label, she said "Well if you would have done it right it would be free, but you did not." In no way helpful, just loud attitude with a lobby FULL of guests, not nearly socially distance and oh, Abby didn't have a properly fitted mask, her nose was out. Seriously where has customer service gone. Kindness matters.
