I was told by the lady behind the counter that she was not going to deal with it and that I needed to get out of her office. I was nothing but nice when I asked this. Before slamming the door in my face, she told me if it says "DO NOT FOLD," that the mail person would not fold it. I went to get my mail today and there was my diploma folded.

It's always the person who drives that Silver, Gray colored vehicle..My regular delivery gal is awesome.that drives the RED 4WD. The other I'm assuming SUB needs to be retaught how to deliver and pick up mail. The check going out was important, now it will be delayed because of this driver...picking up mail is just as important as delivery, even more when your elderly and don't get out. They are suppose to STOP when the red flag is up, not just keep driving by because there is no mail to deliver.
