What a very unpleasant and unprofessional employee she was. The other staff member who waited on me was very professional and customer service orientated.

I ordered a package from Arizona that was lost in transit. They assisted me in the search and walked me through what to do. I was devastated to learn they lost the package. These ladies sent emails and calls to the last know location and helped get the package back on track. Absolutely blown away at their willingness to care enough to help. All I had was an 800 number and an automated option for help. Long story short after missing for 6 weeks in transit my package showed up yesterday. This was a very expensive card collection that I really didn’t want to lose. They gained my faith back in the postal system. Thanks ladies, highly recommended by us…
