Yet another lie from our mail man. Expecting a pack, he labeled he “attempted “ delivery however, our mailbox is plowed and so is our road and driveway. Tell me again how he attempted to deliver? This is NOT the first time he has done this to my family

Lady that answers the phone when inquiring about packages is the most rude person I've ever met that works in customer service. Completely unprofessional. I believe the same rude lady that was there when I went to pick up my package. Another incident today I call to inquire if they have 5 packages the lady is rude again, goes to check tells me there's one I inform her that due to the weather I would like to know if all 5 were in the building because I dont want to make the trip twice when I can wait and make it once. She tells me she'll go look again when I get there. I politely ask, Is there a ability to verify the 5 packages before coming. She tells me she's not going to look and proceeds to be rude talking over top of me stating better get here before 12, we close at 12. Completely unacceptable

Ordered an AMAZON package to be delivered and was told previously that as long as we have a registered address things can be delivered. I went in to pick up my package because the post office delivery guy stopped by property and said he couldn't deliver. When my niece and I went in, the white haired lady was super nice looking for our package. Then the other lady with brown hair came over and started yelling at us saying they don't get paid for delivering packages to property with campers whether they have a registered address or not. She also yelled at us saying how the white hair lady wasn't getting paid to look for and scan our package. It was embarrassing. That brown haired lady (she didnt have a name tag or uniform on, she was wearing jeans and a flannel) very angry and very upset making us feel like we were the biggest inconvenience. I tried explaining that I didn't know AMAZON was sending via USPS. She was still so angry and abrasive with us. We have been apart of this community for 30 years and have a registered address. We get our electric bill sent just fine. My 10 year old neice and I didn't deserve to be treated so horribly by that lady.
