  This location USED to be a dump. poorly ran, never got things done on time. I used to head out of my area to go to not only another location, but another company because of how dreadful it was. NOT ANYMORE! I stopped by not too long ago because I had to deliver a package in a rush. It seems like this location is under new management, and boy, it shows! The employees are kind and answered every question that I had! It smells good, and feels good to be in there! Now, there's no other location I'd go to besides this one! You've earned my business back, UPS!

  Really great experience at this store last Sunday. The new sister owners working there were super friendly and helpful, and made everything quick and easy. The whole place just had a really nice, welcoming vibe. Definitely one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. I’ll be coming back here for all my shipping! Go check them out!

  I had 5 prepaid boxes to ship, just had to drop them off. The guy working the counter today decided pink shipping boxes aren't acceptable for UPS to ship. He tried telling me I needed a brown box or a shippable bag in order for them to ship the boxes. I've shipped the same type of box multiple times without issue at the same store for our business. It escalated to the point that I thought I was being pranked. I left this store and went to the UPS store at Schoenherr and Canal where they scanned them in without question. The woman working the counter there complimented the boxes on their looks. When I told her the experience I had at the 23 and Schoenherr store, she apologized on their behalf and validated that they were in the wrong. I will be driving the extra mile to go to a different UPS store that hires competent workers in the future. EDIT: After reading the last few reviews, it seems like the same guy causes problems for customers in general. He definitely doesn't want to make the experience smooth and easy for customers. I hope he was just having a bad day, but it seems like miserable might be a daily experience.
