Called and was informed that it was a "bad day" and that the box wasn't emptied. Bad day?? That's the excuse?? Seriously??
- FMFeras MohderFeb 13, 20261.0Worst experience ever. I moved recently from Ohio to Michigan. Bought few things from that place. I wanted to return one thing but lost the receipt. When I came back with a picture from credit card, they did not accept to return, the pen was not working at all. Manager was mean refused to talk to me even welcoming me in that office to explain. Also the employee treated me very badly and ignored me. Do not enter that place.

- LBLaura BoyerJan 13, 20261.0Worst service I’ve ever had at this FedEx Kinko’s. I was already in the store printing and got delayed because their computer had to restart after I ran out of money. At 6:59 PM—one minute before closing—the employee told me I had to leave immediately because they close at 7, even though I was actively trying to finish a print that would’ve taken another minute. Closing at 7 shouldn’t mean kicking customers out while they’re in the middle of a transaction. Rude, inflexible, and a complete waste of time. Avoid this location at all costs, especially if you need to print near closing.
