The carrier driving vehicle #3306951 arrived with my package, but because my address has multiple businesses at the same location, she became visibly upset and refused to deliver it. Instead, she stated the package would be sent back, even though the address was correct and she had the package on the truck. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple clarification or question would have solved the situation, but instead, I’m left with a delay and no delivery. USPS needs to address this type of behavior

One of them even refused to help me…… I will not be coming again. AT ALL. It’s such a shame because this is 4 mins from my house. She is so condescending, mean, and a nasty human being. Idk how she is even employed. She needs to get fired ASAP. I will be posting a complaint against her.
