I showed up for my passport appointment to learn that it was cancelled without notifying me. The older woman at the counter with the glasses and dyed orangish hair, rudely told me "Well, they called you, so..." and walked away. I did not have a phone call from anyone notifying me, nor did I have a voicemail or an email notifying me. Overall, the employees at this location need customer service training in a very serious way. Not only is it concerning that the person in charge of whatever cancellations didn't bother to have the respect for others to let them know that they were being cancelled, but the woman at the register thinking it's okay to speak to someone like that is shocking as well. It's unfortunate that these people are allowed to keep showing up to work like this.

Now I know why USPS is losing money. The line was out the door with one lady waiting on customers, while the other lady puts up the "closed window" sign who then proceeds to do other tasks at a snails pace right in front of everyone in line. Tasks that could be done after everyone is gone. They need customer service training badly. And they need people that hustle at the counter. I thought I was on candid camera. I waited 1 hour in line. Pay the extra money to go to UPS or Fed Ex if you value your time.

I would prefer to give them a zero. Received a notice of a certified letter stating tried to deliver but need to reschedule. I reschedule delivery on a Saturday and waited all day long with no show. Went to my mailbox in front of our sub and mail was added to the box. No update to the tracking ever happened. The following Monday received an update saying they were returning the letter due to non delivery. I work from home. No one tried to deliver anything to the door. Tried calling the local office and the mailbox was full and disconnected the call. This office should be closed. They clearly have poor management.

I’m sure there are a lot of people in the area who haven’t received their mail keys in months. I’m am unsure of why it’s taken so long. The second to last time I was there I was told that they have a stack of papers in the back for people who need mail keys, so they have no clue of when they will be available. I figured okay, they gave me an option to stop mail/packages at the post office so I can pick them up. Well, my things are still being delivered to the mailbox that I have no access to and have not had access to since I moved in on January first. Do yall need help? Takes a minute or two to make a key. I have some free time. I have medical and legal documents that I need ASAP. This is downright criminal. When I spoke to one of the clerks she told me that they would tell the supervisor that the packages have been delivered when they weren’t supposed to be. Haven’t heard back yet. It’ll be a week tomorrow and guess who is coming back there on a Friday again 🙂 this location needs to either shut down or hire some competent employees. Sorry not sorry. I have electronics in the mail, hopefully they still work after sitting in the cold for a few weeks!!

The people that work at this location are extremely rude. No one wants to do their job. I ordered my mailbox key in November 2025 and it’s February almost March and I still don’t have access to my mail. I have had checks mailed that I still have not received and that they still can’t find it even though it said delivered. They are stealing my mail. It’s definitely an inside job. They have the worst attitude when you ask basic questions. I’ve spoke to 3 supervisors Angela with the white spots on her face was the rudest. You’re mad at me I don’t have access to my mail when I’m the one who should be angry. You claim you don’t know when the keys will be ready but hell I’ve be living over here too long not to have access to my mailbox. I don’t care about the excuses as to why the key not ready , yall need to get it together. It’s been going on 5 months dealing with this and it’s still not resolved. Next I’ll be filing a complaint with department of consumer affairs for stealing my mail for the second time and holding it hostage. I’m over this BS!
