I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING OTHER PEOPLES MAIL AND HAVING TO GIVE IT TO THEM. OUT OF 6 PIECES OF MAIL 3 WERE FOR MY NEIGHBOR(NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.
