Time after time after time I have ordered package pickup and my carrier delivers the mail but just can't seem to do her job and PICK UP MY PACKAGES! It just happened again today. So now I have to load up 10 huge packages and drive all the way into Portage to drop them off at the post office there so they will be scanned today. I have complained so many times I have lost count. If I could give a minus 100 stars, I would.
