Try to go to the office building, place looks deserted when i walk in at 430pm. One wormy looking unkempt employee (think his name was Isaac) asks me what i want and then with a straight face proceeds to tell me it would take too long to find my package. The lobby was empty and it couldnt have been later than 435pm when he finally asked me what i wanted. PERFECT EXAMPLE OF A GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE SURE HOPE TRUMP PUTS YOU ALL OUT OF A JOB SOON

For over a year now (before the construction), I’ve been receiving informed delivery notifications about mail that never arrives. This wasn’t an issue when I lived in Kinross, so the contrast is noticeable. Despite filing multiple complaints, nothing has changed, and it feels like no one is taking the problem seriously. At one point, they even tried to blame the location of my mailbox, claiming it was on the stairs and unsafe, which simply isn’t true. It's incredibly frustrating, especially considering the pay and responsibilities that come with the position. Mail delivery shouldn't be this unreliable.

- PMParker MillerJul 14, 20251.0Consistently fail to deliver packages to my address. Have left our apartment boxes open. I constantly get neighbors mail and they regularly get mine. New postmaster unwilling to resolve or to help resolve the issues and everytime claims shes unaware of any issues even though I've spoken with her multiple times. Wouldnt trust them to deliver a postcard let alone my medicines. And people wonder why the postal service gets a bad rep with this kind of service.
