Couldn’t give me the location of my package that was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago but was insistent that it wasn’t lost. Gave me misinformation about priority delivery taking up to 15 days… everywhere else I’ve looked says 2-3 (I was understanding of it taking up to 5 but after that the eggs would die) Very disappointed about how the situation was handled. Ionia post office however didn’t brush me off and did everything they could to help try and locate it quickly.

Once a week sometimes different days they don’t even come to my mailbox I know I get Mail by using the email delivery service that gives me a image of every piece of mail supposedly delivered that day ! Well again flag up with Netflix DVD in it and an email saying five pieces of mail going to be delivered today but yet the mail service never came today! What a joke Saranac post office has become ! UPDATE 1-22-2022 Put outgoing mail in my mailbox about 8am. Received Email with the items being delivered to my mailbox for Jan 22nd 2022. Well again no mail delivered to my house on Jan 22nd nor was the item picked up from my mail box. This would mean no one down my road got their mail Jan 22nd, 2022.

Our mail is often delivered to the wrong mailbox and any packages or boxes that can be crushed enough to cram into the mailbox (instead of getting out of his vehicle to put them on the porch) is smashed down and shoved in the mailbox, leaving both doors open so that our mail is exposed to the elements.
