- MTMonica TimmermannApr 16, 20261.0I went in to this office for a passport photo. I was told the form I had filled out was the wrong form, although I had double checked on the government website. After several questions about why this was the wrong form, the lady could not explain to me why. She then went to the back to ask her boss and came back to tell me,"yep I am right. You have the wrong form." I left and went to Ypsi-Huron office and received wonderful service. And I had the correct form filled out in the first place.
