I’m not spending $200 to get a few pieces of mail while working in Michigan. A waste of time driving out there. I never thought UPS would become just another shipping company with poor customer service. But here we are. The reason given for the 6 month minimum is that they are required by law to hold mail for 90 days after a person no longer uses or pays for the box. No idea why 3 months is worse than 6. If there’s a 90 day obligation, the length of the original rental agreement shouldn’t matter.
