- DMDrake MooreMar 20, 20261.0Updated: Package was redelivered next day (Saturday) without any form of communication that I was promised from the previous day. Thankfully I wasn't out of town or something with a $800 package just sitting on my porch exposed to the elements for who knows how long! A 3 minute phone call would have gone a long way. If I could leave no stars I would. CONSTANTLY misdelivering my packages. Driver "knocks" so quietly my dogs that go off on the drop of a pin, didn't respond. Both times I've needed signatures for a package this has been the issue! They leave a slip and dip. Now after having taken a day off work to make sure I was home, I have nothing to show for. Customer service said she or the driver would contact me via call to meet up with my driver to sign for the package within the hour or to hold it at the office/reschedule for a later date but now I have no idea what is even being done! Guess I'll have to sit in a call waiting list again for who knows how long just to figure out what in the H is going on! Absolutely terrible service. If I could choose who my packages are shipped through I would NEVER choose UPS. Unfortunately you don't always get the option if your package is purchased through a company that has a contact with UPS.
