  Crappy service so rude and the owner Amy is just awful !!! I’m standing outside with a huge recliner with a huge box which the prior day. I was inside and told to bring it back in a box and they didn’t want to take it all she did was tell me what they couldn’t do and they rudely told me that I could leave the chair there and if the driver refuses it I’ll have to come pick it up ! Instead of offering any solutions as I’m standing outside in the freezing cold !! Even though Amazon told me to send it there also having the paper and they are refusing it even though a day prior her workers told me different !!! How rude I will continue to let people know how rude she was and what a terrible unprofessional business she is running ! Have a good one Amy :) to add to your reply - to correct you ! I want to correct the inaccuracies in your statement, because what you described does not reflect what actually occurred. My recliner was in the manufacturer’s original box with a prepaid UPS shipping label. Both Amazon and UPS Corporate confirmed that a properly boxed and labeled package cannot be refused solely due to size, and that UPS Stores — whether privately owned or franchised — are still required to follow UPS policies regarding acceptance of labeled packages. During my visit, my husband and I were standing outside in freezing rain, hail, and snow for nearly twenty minutes while you remained inside on the phone. You did not offer to help bring the box in, did not offer an alternative box, and did not provide a single workable solution. Instead, you repeatedly told me what you could not do, including stating that even if I left the package, the driver would “probably refuse it,” meaning I would have to return and pick it up again. Your claim that you were “actively working on alternative solutions” is not accurate. I was outside on speakerphone the entire time, receiving no assistance, no options, and no support. Your message here does not match the interaction that actually took place. A formal complaint has been filed regarding the refusal of service and the unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful behavior we experienced. I am sharing this so others understand how customers are treated at this location.
