- KLKaitlynn LeinbergerJan 2, 20261.0Been trying to get ahold of them since before Christmas started. My package boxes are broken at this apartment complex and they know this because they are the only ones who can fix it or has the keys for them. I proceed to call finally talk to someone and they had said they were going to put my packages towards the office I thought "perfect!" Nope. Wrong. So so wrong. I had to wait another week for anyone to even get to the office and when they did had graciously informed me that it wasn't even there. So where is my package you had your guy put in the office bc it's not there and it was a Saturday when he did it the office is closed Saturdays. Would love to know where my package is. I'm just grateful it wasn't the only Christmas present I had.. for my first bad review didn't think I'td be for the freaking post office. C'mon if you can't do your job find someone who will.

I try to come when it’s not the obvious busy time, it’s made no difference. There is only one staff member at the counter each time and she has zero help, which is just atrocious this time of year and for how busy this branch is.
