- SSSammiSep 9, 20255.0Shannon was a lot of help, very informative, as well as being kind and funny. One of my packages said it got delivered but never was delivered at my house. He made sure to listen & gave me the best service he could, saying he will push it to the supervisors and that they will get ahold of me and was very empathetic. I know others are thankful for his genuine kindness and service, a lady in-front of also complimented him on how he was great at his job However, although I gave a 5 star review, those stars are specifically for Shannon’s service, I’d give him more if I could. I am upset with how often I have issues with USPS delivery here in Saginaw, and wish that the delivery drivers would be more careful. It sucks not receiving something that is important to you! Especially if it went to someone else’s house, the odds of them keeping it and not giving it back are typically high.

(Updated star rating ) The 2 stars reflects the “sub” carrier who decided to get by my house and not deliver my package but instead send it back to the sender the DAY OF DELIVERY. I went to the Post Office this morning to discover that the carrier just returned it immediately instead of giving the recipient, as I was told, 14 days to retrieve it. It’s already gone. I’ve never experienced this and it’s beyond inconsiderate! Even the sender who I alerted was confused on how USPS handled this! Now they have to wait to receive it just to re-mail it! 😤 I will give 5 ⭐️ to Mr. Shannon who listened and immediately sprang into action to find out what happened. He was empathetic to my frustrations and just as disappointed in how this situation was handled.
