There was no excuse for this because my family receives packages delivered by UPS to our door quite frequently. Just so happened a relative came to my house and picked up the packages off of the ground and brought them to my house. Anyone could have passed by and picked up the packages and I never would have known they were delivered. This should be unacceptable considering the amount of money I paid to have the packages delivered to my house.
