  I filled out an application complete with resume and experience, was advised to call in a week later only to have an agent tell me that they don’t have any jobs available. Total waste of time coming in, and was told to come in person..I don’t understand how an agency can exist if there are no jobs available for applicants.

  They Don’t try and help nobody fr they using the job for it’s title coming to get there own 9/5 they are very un helpful

  1.0 out of 5 stars I’m leaving one star for now, not because the experience was rude or hostile, but simply because I didn’t feel genuinely helped or supported in the way I had hoped. Nothing extraordinary happened that made me feel heard, understood, or taken care of on a personal level. I believe five stars should be reserved for those rare moments when someone truly goes above and beyond and leaves you feeling better than when you arrived. Until I have that kind of standout, positive experience, one star honestly reflects where things stand for me right now. I’m open to changing this if things improve.

  I was recommended by a foster parent to their respite dept and it was very easy hiring process , the families are so thankful and supportive . Ive had this job since February this year and have had nothing but the best experience I definitely found the right job for me . its been difficult to get my in-person training done but thats just cuz the facilitator of the courses are not getting my certificates even though i have my proofs and printed certs . Its only cuz they had an assistant who never submitted my certs to them at the inperson training facilities . I love this company

  20 years ago I would say APS was a great place always had a job ready for someone walking in. Today I don't have a whole lot to good to say. I walked in filled out an application talked to two of the office workers, sounded good at first but that was the last I've heard from them. I've called the last 3 weeks once if not twice a week they never have a job available but yet you see them posting jobs on sites like indeed. Then it tells you to call their office you called their office and they have no idea what you are talking about I'm not thrilled with their service not anymore very disappointing
