  Mary, Kathy (Cathy?), and Connor were so awesome, sooooo helpful, I had 24 packages to bring in by myself and the ladies jumped to help me 🥹 And they scanned everything so fast, they run a tight ship here! Awesome crew :) A+++++++

  I had a Fed Ex shipment package. Returning golf clubs. A very nice lady, an amazing lady (pitch black hair), helped me print out my fed Ex label. My printer at home sucks. Spent minutes with her. Emailed her my labels. They did not go thru at first. Her co-worker took care of the people in line quickly and did it with professionalism while she waited on just me. I feel bad because I did not look at her name tag. She printed the label. Put it on and sent me to the Fed Ex up the street. Amazing service. I told God in the parking lot in my car to watch over her today.

  We had the UPS store here on Woodward in Royal Oak, Michigan ship a good amount of our Vintage Vinyl albums to our Nephew down in Florida. He texted us immediately upon receiving them to thank us for packing them so perfectly. Thank you UPS staff for doing an amazing packing job!!!!
