Instead of kindly saying something along the lines of "we're a franchise and we can't accept high value packages - you'll have to visit a UPS Customer Center or call a driver" she snaps "we don't sign those and won't accept that package. You need to call a driver." She was rude before the holidays also, but I just chalked that up to busy time. Second time in a row though... No problem UPS! I cancelled my label and sent it FedEx. Paid an extra $6 and it was worth it as the service rep was nice Do better UPS.

I’ve been to SEVERAL UPS stores and have never been charged an email fee to print ONE document. That’s absurd, especially since Google emailing is free. Left and went to a different UPS, on Rochester Rd and was charged only $0.21, per usual.
